Initial: multi-agent XMPP communication system with dashboard

- Platform-based architecture (Windows/Linux/Mac)

- Management dashboard with cross-platform monitoring
- xmpp_bot with HTTP bridge + health endpoints
- wechat_agent with WeChat-Hermes bridging
