fix(SSOT): 4个库文件副本移出git跟踪(红线6:只允许硬链接,不允许独立副本)——硬链与git跟踪本质冲突:checkout重建文件断链→内容与提交版不同→guard判漂移回滚→sync重链→再dirty→merge被阻。移出跟踪后:根目录mofin_db.py/mo_data.py为唯一tracked canonical,副本由sync脚本以硬链重建
